Seller guide

How to take a build from private prototype to something a stranger can evaluate in four minutes.

1. Describe it plainly

Say what it does today. Buyers discount ambitious descriptions and reward accurate ones.

2. Prove ownership

Code, domain, brand assets, fonts, content, contributor work. If you can't prove it, disclose it.

3. Close readiness gaps

Setup instructions, dependency list, monthly costs, known issues.

4. Choose a structure

Full acquisition is one of sixteen options and often not the best fit for an unfinished build.

5. Communicate on-platform

Keep the record. Move to signed agreements before anything sensitive changes hands.
